I know why the cage bird sing was written by Maya Angeiou. the poem was about a caged bird and a free bird and there limetes.
the elements of poetry is free verse because there is know rhymes or other things. i like the poem because it shows the perspective of a free and caged bird. it remindes me of the slaves and the whites.
